When Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton faced immense pressure from new, large-scale, big budget hospitals opening in its primary vicinities of service, it needed to chart a new, strategic path forward. As the communications strategist on the account, I worked within a broader team to supply the hospital with planning services that ranged from healthcare business strategy to integrated marketing.

As we shepherded them through a re-branding process that also impacted how the hospital delivers care and laid the framework for internal and external communications that would support its new identity. Once the plan was in place, I managed a team that delivered digital marketing services to the hospital, including social media, search engine marketing and internal communications support.
